What is the move out process?
Move-Out Process
To move out, tenants must provide notice before the 15th of the month prior to their move-out date. You can give notice through your online tenant portal, text, email or call: (320) 302-9184.
Please note: Rent is NOT prorated upon move-out. To avoid being charged for the full next month, the following conditions must be met:
- Move-Out Notice: Submit your notice before the 15th of the month through your online portal, by email, or by calling us.
- Unit Condition: Empty, clean, and sweep the unit. Any pallets should be placed in the designated storage areas.
- Final Confirmation: No later than 5:00 PM on the last day of the month, take a photo of the clean, empty unit with the unit number clearly visible. Send the photo via email or text. Rent will continue until this photo is received, finalizing your move-out.

3. Do you offer any special features or conveniences?
Yes! Our facility features wide open lanes, perfect for large moving trucks and semis. The location is highly visible and convenient, and we take pride in maintaining fresh, clean units ready to rent. Plus, our locally owned and operated facility ensures a hassle-free storage experience.
4. Who owns and operates StoreX?

5. Do you have Online Pay?
Yes, all of our rentals are set up for easy automatic payments through ACH, Credit or Debit cards. Exceptions can be made for annual payments
6. Do I need a lock?
Yes, a cylinder lock is recommended and may receive a reduced deductible for Tenant Protection plans.
7. Are pallets available?
Yes, some pallets are available for free use to keep valuables off concrete. All pallets must be removed upon move out. We don't accept more pallets.
